Taxes

  • Orders from British Columbia are automatically charged 7% Provincial Sales Tax on the subtotal.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped with the national mail carrier - Canada Post
  • Orders consisting of one item, such as wallets, flat pouches, and cup cozies are shipped in padded envelopes or sturdy cardboard mailers
  • All orders shipped the next business day unless otherwise specified in the listing
  • Email notification sent when your order is shipped
  • Tracking not available but can be made available for an extra charge. Contact me for a quote
  • Insurance: padded envelopes and cardboard mailers are not insured; boxed parcels are insured up to $100; insurance can be purchased, please inquire
  • Overpayment of shipping: if you overpay shipping by a $1 or more, a refund will be issued at shipping time

Shipping for single orders of wallets, pouches, cup cozies

  • Sent as Light Packet, does not include delivery confirmation or insurance.
  • Shipping standards are between major urban centres:
    Canada: 2 to 4 business days
    USA: 4 to 6 business days
    Europe: about 4 days
    Other Countries: please ask

Payment Methods

  • Payments are processed through Paypal's secure system. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal. Paypal will allow you to pay using your credit card.

Currency

Want it sooner?

  • I can provide you with a quote if you'd like your package sooner, or want tracking, or delivery confirmation. I use Canada Post - the national mail carrier.

Delays

  • Although I hope you get your packages in a timely manner, I am not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond my control.

Customs

  • US customs and other countries may charge duty fees and taxes. I am unable to predict how much they will charge, if anything. These additional charges are paid by the recipient.

Packaging

  • I ship items in padded envelopes or cardboard mailers whenever possible for the most economical shipping. Items that are too thick will be shipped in a box.
  • Packing materials: Whenever I can,I re-use packaging materials. If your purchase is a gift, I can use new materials. Just let me know during checkout.

Gifts

  • Let me know if your purchase is a gift. I will ensure that your purchase is gift ready. A note card with a special message can be included at no extra charge.

Refunds & Exchanges

I hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you decide to return it, here are the policies you need to be aware of:

1. No returns accepted on sale items. Items on sale are final.

2. For regularly priced items: CONTACT ME AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM and state that you wish to return your order.

3. Once you notify me, you will have 15 DAYS to return the goods. Please include your reason for returning (this may be very helpful information for me)

4. Goods must be unused and in the same condition as when they were delivered

5. Return in the same box or envelope unless these are unusable due to tearing upon receiving

6. A refund will be issued through Paypal once your return is received

7. You will need to pay for shipping to return your purchase

8. Returns requests cannot be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.

9. Damages & Losses: Parcels include up to $100 Liability Coverage against loss or damage. Items mailed in envelopes usually do not have any coverage unless it has been purchased. Notification of damage must be received as soon as you get the package. Losses will be replaced or refunded if replacement is not possible. There is a required wait period set out by the carrier before an item can be claimed as lost.

Please Note that only the laws of British Columbia, Canada apply to my online contracts/transactions.
